The check-in process was a disaster. I arrived at 10 PM, and the front office was empty. It took an eternity to get someone to help me. meanwhile, I was left standing outside in the cold. Once I got to my room, I found it smelled like smoke, the floor was sticky, and there was no toilet paper or soap. Overall, it felt more like a rundown apartment complex than a hotel.

I appreciated the kitchenette that made meal prep easy and the helpfulness of the front desk staff. Sh'koyia brought such positivity to my stay, always greeting me with a smile. Pro tip, carry your own toiletries for a smoother experience, as supplies can be a bit limited.

I really enjoyed the nice fridge and shower in our room. it made our stay feel more home-like. However, there was a major issue with the cleanliness that we found disappointing. Despite the positives, the hotel doesn't fully match the photos shown online.

Staying with 20 family members was a blast! The kids loved the nearby kayaking adventures, and we appreciated the clean rooms that had all the essentials. The kitchenette, though, made meal prep easy for our big crew, saving us time and money.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly amenities available.

Overall, it suited my needs as a long-term stay but could greatly improve in upkeep.

We explored the nearby hiking trails and even tried kayaking, which was a total hit. The rooms felt like cozy apartments with all we needed. It’s super budget-friendly, making it perfect for group trips!

There was this one moment when the check-in girl actually brought me a clean towel after I had to wait forever to get one. And another time the manager gave me some great advice on local spots to grab food, which was a nice touch.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but the experience was still somewhat tolerable.
